The 2026 Spring Season is rapidly approaching, and we want to make sure your young player is ready!

Please join us for the 12th Annual “Dust Off the Glove” Warm-Up Camp, designed to prepare players for Evaluations and the upcoming season!. This camp is always a great experience and a lot of fun for players of all skill levels.

Players will work on core fundamentals of baseball, which includes throwing, hitting, fielding (infield and outfield), base running, and situational baseball appropriate for their division. Older players will also receive pitching instruction.

Our instructors will run the players through a series of stations and drills to teach proper technique and improve overall baseball IQ. Each player will get plenty of reps in the field, at the plate, and on the base paths. We will cover all areas of the game to ensure your child is ready to go! This is always a great way to officially kick-off the upcoming Rec season.

This year’s camp will be run by Coach Boomer Dunn, the 11U Slammers Blue team, and other current/former Slammers.  

Who:                           Players 6-13 Years Old (players divided by age)

When:                         Saturday, January 31st

Time:                          Session 1: 10:30 AM-1:00 PM & Session 2: 1:30 PM-4:00 PM

Where:                        Brinkley Park

Cost:                            $35 per player (includes a Dust Off the Glove T-Shirt)

What to Bring:            Hat, Glove, Cleats, Helmet, Bat, and Water

Bats and helmets will be available, if needed.

To accommodate as many players as possible, we are offering two separate sessions. To register, please go to smyrnalittleleague.com, sign in to your account, and select one session for your child.  We recommend registering early, as space is limited due to field space. In the event of rain or postponement, the make-up date is scheduled for Sunday, February 1st.
