Smyrna Little League hosts an annual fundraiser that brings together adults (parents, supporters, and friends of the organization) on an evening that is focused on supporting the league while enjoying a kid-free night away from the ballpark. The evening includes a silent auction with baskets provided by every team in the park (100+ in 2026!) as well as multiple raffle opportunities. Please read below for more details regarding this year's event.

WHAT DOES THE 2026 FUNDRAISER BENEFIT?
The SLL operating budget offsets fees such as uniforms, baseballs, umpires, park rentals, city fees, etc., but the league must fundraise for larger items/projects such as upgrading league equipment (pitching machines, pitching mounds, L-screens, etc.) and general field upgrades/changes to the park.
SLL will use the proceeds from the 2026 Fundraiser to cover the cost of replacing the badly-worn turf and subfloor (padding) in the Shapiro Cages, located in the main parking lot of Brinkley Park. The quoted cost of this project exceeds $20K.

WHAT ARE THE DRINK OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT STILLFIRE?
StillFire will have beer, wine, seltzer, craft cocktails, craft mocktails, homemade root beer, bottled water and soft drinks available to purchase. No outside drinks are permitted on property. Please note that, while SLL does have a bar minimum to meet, we advise everyone to drink responsibly.
WHAT IS FOR DINNER?
StillFire has partnered with Beto's Tacos as the food vendor at their location, and Beto's has customized a menu for our event. <More details to follow>
IS THE VENUE KID-FRIENDLY?
While StillFire is normally kid-friendly, we advise visiting the brewery with your family at another point in time, as this SLL event is exclusively for adults. This said, we have partnered with the Smyrna Parks & Rec to create an easy, fun and nearby solution to childcare!
Bases Loaded Kidz Night Out with Coach Cece & Staff

Cost: $50 per child
Available to: Boys & girls, ages 5-12
What to expect: Kids will enjoy exciting sport challenges, team games, friendly competition, music, etc. On the schedule:

RAFFLE/SILENT AUCTION TIMELINE
- For those new to the league, we like to spread out announcements for raffle and silent auction winners to allow more time for bids & tickets to be added in the case you miss out on early prizes. We promise - it's more fun this way!
- Approximately 1/3 of the raffle winners will be announced shortly after 9 p.m., and another batch of winners will follow approximately 15 minutes later. All raffle winners will be announced by 9:30 / 9:45 p.m. Please note - your winning raffle ticket must be present to win!
- The silent auction will end at 9:30 p.m. You do not need to be present to win, however baskets will not be delivered to winners. You must pick up your winning basket from the Brinkley Park Registration Building in the week that follows the event by coordinating with League Admin Elaine Isley ([email protected]).
WHAT TO WEAR
This is a casual event, but many enjoy dressing a step above ballpark attire for the adult's kids-free night out. You'll see everything from polos and sundresses to jeans and t-shirts - but you're invited to attend in whatever is most comfortable for you.
PARKING
There isn't dedicated parking for StillFire, however complimentary parking can be found on the north side of the Community Center adjacent to the Police Station, along the street in front of the brewery and within Smyrna Market Village. We also highly recommend Uber/Lyft if you plan on remaining until the party ends. Above all, please be responsible.
