Every year, Smyrna Little League (SLL) hosts "SLL Day at the Braves," where all of the league's ticketed players and coaches have the opportunity to walk/parade the warning track of Truist Park in advance of watching the hometown Atlanta Braves in a regular-season game. It's truly an exciting experience for all of our families, whether they are middle schoolers in their last year of Little League or kindergartners, just beginning their first.

This year's league event will occur when the Atlanta Braves take on the Kansas City Royals on Sunday, March 29th. Tickets are first-come, first-served, and you must have a ticket to the Braves game to walk in the parade. Please note that you do NOT have to purchase tickets from the SLL allotment to participate in the parade, but this is a fundraiser for our league, and we would love your support!

Please note: there are no refunds on tickets purchased through SLL. If you can no longer make the game, we suggest you resell to individuals on your team, another family with SLL, or on the SLL Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook page.

2026 SLL at the Braves Game Timeline:

11:15 - 11:30 AM: Arrive at Truist Parking Lots
11:30 - 11:45 AM: Arrive at Truist Park Entrance / Meet Team & Friends
Before 11:55 AM: Arrive at 3rd Base Ramp (behind section 135) for Parade
12:00 - 12:15 PM: Teams organized by Braves staff; brought to field for start of parade
1:35 PM: First pitch - Atlanta Braves vs. Kansas City Royals

Things to Know

- WHAT TO WEAR: Players should wear their SLL jersey (shirt) and baseball cap. All other attire is up to the player!

- PARKING: It's HIGHLY recommended to purchase your parking in advance, and give yourself 15-30 minutes to park and walk to the stadium. Check out this page for Truist Park parking options.

- WHERE TO ENTER THE STADIUM: You may enter any gate, however the 3rd Base Gate is the closest to the meeting point for parade participants.

- WHERE TO MEET TEAM: All parade participants should meet no later than 90 minutes (12:00 noon) before first pitch at the 3rd Base Ramp behind section 135 (near 3rd base gate on lower level). It's recommended to set a connection point with your group either outside of the stadium or somewhere along the concourse and then enter the 3rd base ramp together. Once your player is properly handed off to a coach/team parent, parents should proceed back down to the lower level concourse to find a place to watch the parade and take pictures.

- PLAYER REMINDERS: Please remind your player of the following items before passing them along to a coach:
^ While in line at the 3rd Base Ramp, please line against the railing to allow throughput traffic up and down the ramp.
^ No horseplay is permitted.
^ Players should remain on the warning track during the parade and may not touch the grass, but they are encouraged to take photos and videos (while moving) along the warning track.
^ Players may not ask for autographs or stop at the dugout/home plate areas.
^ Because the grounds crew washes the outfield walls by hand, players are asked to refrain from jumping/climbing on the walls.
^ Food and beverages are not permitted on the field.

- PARADE PATH: The teams will access the field from the left field corner and proceed down the left field foul line/warning track to home plate before heading back down the right field line. They will depart through the center field fence and return where they began at the 3rd Base Ramp outside of Section 135. Please ensure you meet your children at the conclusion of the parade!
