SLL Weekly Update - Play Ball!

Play Ball! We hope. We are excited for first games tomorrow and will do everything we can to get the fields ready for play.

TEXT ALERT SYSTEM
In addition to emails, we have a text alert system that we use mostly for weather updates. To begin receiving the messages, you must first text keyword Spring2023leagues9515 to 334-310-2497.

MARCH 18th PARADE
We will be sending a parade-specific email early next week but please plan on bringing your child to Campbell Middle School beginning at 7am next Saturday. The parade will leave Campbell Middle promptly at 8am and proceed to Brinkley Park for a brief ceremony on Bartlett Field.

If you haven’t secured a truck, please discuss with your team tomorrow and let us know by Monday if you do not have one.

LIVE STREAMING GAMES
Just a reminder that all Smyrna Little League games will be live streamed again this spring. To sign up, go to www.tealballoon.com/sll. This is a great opportunity for out-of-town family to watch games.

Even if you are planning on attending all of your child’s games, the website allows you to go back up to 14 days to re-watch old games. It also has a super easy-to-use highlight function that allow you to clip any part of the game and download it as a keepsake.

CAMPBELL BASEBALL BRAVES TICKETS
We will be sending out info soon about the annual Smyrna Little League Day at the Braves on April 23rd. If you are looking to attend additional Braves games this spring, Campbell Baseball will be selling discounted tickets at the park on a few occasions this spring. Look for their table at the parks starting next Saturday if you are interested.
