Busy times at the parks these days.  The weather has cooperated lately although there is some rain in the forecast for tomorrow early AM.  We will keep you posted if it impacts games.

BRAVES GAME ON SUNDAY
We are looking forward to seeing nearly 1,500 of you at the Braves game on Sunday. The parade is for players and coaches ONLY.  Please talk to your coaches about a meeting place if you want your players to walk around the field as a team.

Players are encouraged (but not required) to wear their team jerseys and/or hats or other SLL gear.

SLL ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
Tickets are going fast for our annual fundraiser at Truist Park next Saturday night, 4/29.  If you haven’t purchased tickets but would like to attend, please do so ASAP at https://e.givesmart.com/events/w7N/

To help make this event successful, we need as many teams as possible to create a “basket” to be auctioned off at the event.  We also need them ASAP so we can get them posted online and be ready to rock by the end of next week.  Baskets can be turned in to any concession stand.  Details (contents, value, team name) of your basket should be emailed to Elaine Isley at [email protected].

MOMS/COACHES GAMES
Save the date… on the evening of May 13th we flip the script with our annual moms’ game followed by our coaches’ game.  Start stretching.  More details to come.
